Born and raised in Peru, Paula moved to the United States in December of 1999, and her journey began. Much of Paula's business is dedicated to first-time homebuyers by giving them guidance and helping them build or even re-build their credit. Whether a single family home , investment purchase, refinance or recovery from a short sale, foreclosure, deed in lieu, bankruptcy, or divorce, Paula's job is to educate and help make the process of getting a mortgage loan a less stressful experience.

Albert oversees the operations and business development at Torres Multicultural Communications. Previously, worked at the City of Phoenix for 24 years in roles as Census Director and High Capacity Transit Director. As CEO, her primary duties call for her to identify Industry Trends and build the power of the Association thru growth, advocacy, and relationships. Deanna has led the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce into a period of growth with a name change and greater visibility. She was the Manager of Membership and Business Development for the Arizona Multihousing Association where she grew the memberships by 17% and the sponsorships over 27%. It was by her caring about small business and helping them grow that she was so successful.
